XPSR is the public-facing agency name of Nodekka Solutions, obrt za proizvodnja filmova i digitalnih solucija, vl. Šime Bilić, registered in the Croatian Craft Register under MBO 98426788, OIB 09152736529.
Services and project teams
Service pages describe XPSR’s agency capabilities, not a universal fixed package or an automatic contractual offer. The written proposal for each project defines the exact scope, contracting structure, executing contributors and responsibilities. Where photographic or other regulated work is required, it is assigned to appropriately registered or qualified specialists.
Use of the website
You may browse and link to public pages for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use automated systems in a way that harms availability.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the XPSR name, written content, visual compositions and website design are owned by XPSR or used with permission. Client names, trademarks and project materials remain the property of their respective owners. Content may not be copied, resold or presented as another party’s work without written permission.
Case studies
Published case studies document XPSR’s actual role, participating contributors and selected outputs for each project. They do not mean every discipline shown is offered directly as a standalone service. Specialist roles, regulated work and contracting are defined separately for every project. Third-party interfaces may change after a case study screenshot is captured.
No project agreement
Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Project terms, scope, fees, usage and responsibilities are agreed separately in a written proposal or contract.
Accuracy and availability
XPSR aims to keep public information accurate and the website available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will remain current at every moment.
